- 初診の際は、患者さんにて通訳を手配してください（英語の場合はその限りではありません）。
- 2回目以降の診察で、医師が通訳が必要な場面（治療方法の説明など）に、「あいち医療通訳システム」を病院で手配する場合があります。その場合、費用は病院負担となります。

受診について / Important Information about Medical Consultations at Our Hospital
当院では診療申込時に全ての患者さんに対し、身分証明証（健康保険証、写真付きのパスポート・在留カードなど）の公的書類にて本人確認を行っております。ご来院の際はご持参ください。

- 保険証の提示をお願いします。
- 他の医療機関からの紹介状（診療情報提供書）が必要です。紹介状（診療情報提供書）がない場合は、選定療養費が別途（7,700円）かかります。
- Please present your health insurance card/certificate.
- A referral letter (patient referral document) from another medical institution is required. If you do not have a referral letter (patient referral document), you will be charged an additional fee (7,700 yen) as a patient without a referral.

支払い方法について / Payment
日本円でのお支払い、クレジットカードでのお支払いとなります。
クレジットカードでのお支払いの場合は、利用可能なクレジットカードか確認をいたします。
高額な費用が予想される場合には、クレジットカードの支払い上限を確認させていただきます。

海外旅行保険に加入されている方は、一旦ご自身でのお支払いとなり、加入されている保険会社には、患者さん本人から連絡、対応をしていただきます。
