2002年名古屋大学理学部卒業、2007年名古屋大学大学院理学研究科博士課程修了。同年より米国デューク大学博士研究員。2011年より名古屋大学附属神経疾患・腫瘍分子医学研究センターにて特任助教。2015年より名古屋大学大学院医学系研究科附属医学教育研究支援センターにて助教。2018年10月より愛知県がんセンター・分子診断トランスレーショナルリサーチ分野にて主任研究員。2024年10月より現職。（理学博士）

これまでに、転写因子やタンパク質をコードしないノンコーディングRNAが、肺がんの発生や進展にどのように関与するかという分子メカニズムを解明してきました。本分野では、その知識や経験を活かし、がんの新たな病態メカニズムの解明と、革新的な治療戦略の開発を目指します。

1) Roles of long non-coding RNAs in lung cancer

I have always been fascinated by long non-coding RNAs. In my current work I explore the functional roles and regulatory mechanisms of lncRNAs in lung cancer. I am also interested in identification and development of novel targeted therapies for lung cancer utilizing systems biology approaches and high-throughput screening methods.
