分子診断トランスレーショナルリサーチ分野　第82回日本癌学会学術総会

第82回日本癌学会学術総会において、田口分野長が、シンポジウム６「最先端プロテオーム解析技術が導く新たながん研究」で、“In-depth proteomics to decipher the complexity of the blood cancer proteome”と題した口演発表と、International Session 6「種々のがんモデル動物を用いた新しい診断法・治療法開発への挑戦」で、”Systems-approach based molecular profiling of mouse models for translational cancer research” と題した口演発表を行いました。阿部主任研究員が、International Session 12「プロテオゲノミクス解析が切り拓く新たながん治療・診断戦略」で、“A proteogenomic approach for identification of novel IgG-bound antigens in pancreatic cancer”と題した口演発表を行いました。また、磯村リサーチレジデントが“Multi-omics analysis of mouse colorectal cancer cell lines with high potential of peritoneal dissemination”と題したポスター発表を、Shuang Zhouさん（D4）さんが、“Characterization of mouse hepatocellular carcinoma cell lines to understand resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors”と題したポスター発表を、それぞれ行いました。
