分子診断トランスレーショナルリサーチ分野　第81回日本癌学会学術総会

第81回日本癌学会学術総会において、田口分野長がInternational Session 10「がん精密医療の実現に向けたモデル動物研究の最前線」の座長をMDアンダーソンがんセンターのDr. Haoqiang Yingと共同で務めると共に、“In-depth proteomic analysis of cancer models”と題した口演発表を行いました。また、Shuang Zhouさん(D3)が“Integrated multi-omics analysis of a mouse model of NASH-derived HCC”と題した口演発表を、梶野主任研究員が“Long non-coding RNA XXYLT1-AS2 inhibits apoptosis in pancreatic cancer”と題したポスター発表を、阿部主任研究員が“Quantitative profiling of circulating proteins and autoantibodies for early detection of colorectal cancer”と題したポスター発表を、磯村リサーチレジデントが“Multi-omics analysis of mouse colorectal cancer cell lines with high potential of peritoneal dissemination”と題したポスター発表を、それぞれ行いました。
